I am using Linux RHEL5.3 with Samba 3.5.0 running on a VMWare machine.
I try to join a domain (win 2008R2 DC) using the command
net ads join -Udomadmin%dompass createcomputer=Computers

and it fails with the following error message:
Failed to join domain: failed to precreate account in ou (null): Out of memory

if I perform the command without specifying the OU (i.e. 
net ads join -Udomadmin%dompass

then it succeeds and works fine.
