When editing primarygroupId or a user in the AD 
samba-tool dbcheck show that a DB corruption occure :

ERROR: orphaned backlink attribute 'memberOf' in CN=bar,OU=Domain
Users,DC=X for link member in CN=bargroup,OU=Domain Groups,DC=X
Not removing orphaned backlink member

ERROR: incorrect DN string component for member in object
CN=bargroup,OU=Domain Groups,DC=X -
<GUID=762c38c2-f7c7-4915-87f0-bf189abb553e>;CN=bar,OU=Domain
Users,DC=X Not fixing incorrect string version of DN

tcpdump trace

THis is the captures packets when I edite primarygroup for a user from Windows client.

Obtained with 

tcpdump -p -s 0 -w FILENAME host IP_ADDRESS_OF_THE_CLIENT command after klist purge on the client.
