Proposed documentation changes generated using diff -u

I recently needed to set up a user name mapping for a couple of windows users on one of our SAMBA servers (joined to a windows domain). Unfortunately, the online documentation for this particular file specified an incorrect file format for the user map file. In addition, the documentation appears to assume that the windows user accounts are local rather than part of a domain.

Attached (as netcommand.patch) is my attempt to update this documentation. This patch was generated from the latest stable sources (samba-3.6.9.tar.gz) using the diff -u command. It can be applied from within the docs-xml/Samba3-HOWTO directory using 'patch -p0 < /path/to/netcommand.patch'. I recognize that this is contrary to the contributor guidelines, but I don't expect to be contributing to the SAMBA project on a regular basis. I have tested that the documentation builds correctly with this patch applied.

A possible changelog for this patch is as follows:
s3/docs Update documentation on smbusers file

Correct format specification for file in Chapter 13 (Remote and Local Management: The Net Command) and add documentation about the use of domain users in the smbusers file.

the Samba3-HOWTO is long unmaintained and now even removed since a while.
