Created attachment 8244 [details] Failure on Smartphone I have reported to Google but so far nothing from them. But if you try to open Samba's bugzilla on Android Chrome it fails with "Error 2(net::ERR_FAILED): Unknown error.". See attached. Not sure if something unusual with the Samba bugzilla https. Repeatable on all the android devices I've tried Samsung S2, S3 and Nexus 7 tablet. Works okay with the original Android browser. Connection method doesn't seem to matter (various WiFi networks or 3G). Works on a PC (Linux) version of Chrome
Confirmed, re-assigning to Björn.
this is a known bug in chrome. complain to google that ssl with npn support without spdy enabled does not work. chrome on android is not stable, i suggest to use firefox on android.
Added this site as a fail to what looks like the correct bug with Google: http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=131769 Though there seems to be a suggestion here that a web server doing this is sub optimal. I don't know enough to comment on that or get in this bun fight :) Thanks for investigating
