Description of problem:
In man, option --copy-devices is not present (compared to help).
In help, option --checksum-seed is not present (compared to man).

You can find proposed patch in attachment.

There is no such option as --copy-devices currently in rsync (there is a patch for that, but it's a crude patch that doesn't update docs in any way).

The --checksum-seed option hasn't been in --help on purpose, since it's a more advanced option that I thought might be best left to the fuller descriptions possible in the manpage.  However, in the interest of making --help more accurate I added it.

Aside:  the rsync.1 file is a generated file, and is not patched (its .yo file should be patched).
