smbclient gets: session setup failed: NT_STATUS_CONNECTION_DISCONNECTED
from a smbd as member server, when the dc restarts.

The server reports it is Samba 4.0.0beta9-GIT-e5ecef6.

The second attempt works...

It seems that winbindd some how doesn't retry correctly...
and return an error too early.

It seems to work fine in 3.6.7.

I wasn't able to reproduce this after applying the fixes of bug 9175,
so remove this as blocker for 4.0, but remember it for 4.1 if it comes back.

I have to reproduce this, maybe it's completely fixed...
