Because the filesystem type is called "nfs4" in Linux when NFSv4 is being used, the nfs quota support does not work because it doen't match the string "nfs".

a6df44b3ae1ca6395d05e1af804a779d785358db

from master fixes that. This should get cherry-picked into 3.6.
