Of course, all permissions are ok for files and directories. dmesg log looks like in attachment. For standalone Windows servers this problem is not present. Workaround - disabling encryption on Windows is not describable CIFS 1.60 without NTMLv2 patches works correctly in any cases.
Additional info: Windows servers should be included into domain. in case of standalone installation - problem also is no appeared
