"security" is a too generic name, it can exist already. On Tru64 it does exist as one of the main system libraries:

ERROR: Target 'security' in directory /usr/users/build/build_farm/samba_4_0_test/libcli/security re-defined as LIBRARY - was SYSLIB
gmake: *** [all] Error 1
WAF_MAKE=1 ./buildtools/bin/waf build
Waf: Entering directory `/usr/users/build/build_farm/samba_4_0_test/bin'
ERROR: Target 'security' in directory /usr/users/build/build_farm/samba_4_0_test/libcli/security re-defined as LIBRARY - was SYSLIB

so we should rename our's.

a fix is in autobuild now. it's renamed to samba-security now, see 13f8674a15a30816ea7d00eed333f18bcf59e4d4
