Proposed manpage for smbtorture

Debian QA tests often complain when a binary has no manpage. So, I finally ended up creating a small manpage for smbtorture. Yeah, I know it's partly obsoleted by smbtorture4 but we still provide it.

As I'm lazy, I created it with help2 man, then edited it a little bit....however, I have not bene committed enough to provide an XML file.

We would need it to be XML. However I understand the alternate solution has been used, instead, smbtorture{,4} is no longer packaged in Debian nor installed by samba. It belongs as a testing tool in-tree, not as a package.
