I would like to disable disable certain users from accessing SWAT. Currently,
every valid account can logon to SWAT :(

Only root can change Samba settings.

Users need to be able to access SWAT to change/manage domain-wide account passwords.

This is a design feature, however, if you can send us patches for the behavior
you want we will surely look at them.
