Samba4 does not support dynamic objects. 

These are described in MS-ATDS 7.1.7 and will have a major impact on the way we handle our replication state, as they do not have deleted, recycled or tombstone states.  

They just go away at the right time.  (How manual deletes are handled is unclear).
