We had the today the situation that the status table was not filled by smbtad (because an older version of smbtad has been run). smbtaquery immediately segfaults when going through one of the str to int conversion routines. Even if this situation cannot happen with officially released versions, we should take more care for the conversion routines there.

Assigning to me for fixup. For 1.2.6
