proposed patch to restore the sound of silence

winbind in 3.5 is continuously complaining about things like this in log level 0:

... winbindd[7160]:   idmap_alloc module tdb already registered!

even though there is nothing wrong. In master that is already fixed. Attached is a patch for 3.5. Obnox, how how about getting this in 3.5 to get rid of the "log file spamming"?
