Hi!
I have built samba4 from git on Centos6.0 64bit from scratch. using
./configure.developer and make make install
After upgrading my previous alpha12 provision (copied over from the other s4 server) the log file is nowhere to be found. It does not appear in previous default location /usr/local/samba/var/samba.log. Explicitly setting smb.conf option
log file = /var/log/samba4/samba.log
does not have any effect either (the directory was created beforehand)

Please let me know how to provide you additional information

This should be fixed in 481f1e601daafd186c504476f7efa1b557099105.  sorry for not following up on the list.
