some more thoughts about this. Some other nfs4 parameters are currently documented in vfs_gpfs:

nfs4: mode
nfs4: chown
nfs4: acedup

Aren't they valid for all nfs4 alc capable acl modules, too (think of vfs_aixacl2, zfs)? Should they all move to the global smb.conf man page then?

nobody know anything about the sidmap hack and it was removed with f36e28d1316bc0bd210933bbdb77241376fe3500
