The configure script option  "--with-configdir" (when I type configure in the source3 subdir
in the samba-3.6.0rc2 tarball) says:
       --with-configdir=DIR    Where to put configuration files ($libdir)

    This shouldn't be '$libdir', but '$sysconfdir'.
