This way, smbtaquery -C can be run from the webSMBTA client completely, and would offer us a way to do the upgrade process completely from webSMBTA. If that information is available, it should not ask for confirmation but just do it's job.

This bug will be invalid when smbtad is able to run convert on it's own fully automatical.
