My Server had to use samba-3.0.33.
I recently upgraded it to samba-3.5.8 .

Results:
When I create new folder in windows pc , the folder's Advanced Security Setting:"Allow inheritable permissions from parent to propagate to this object and all child objects..." checkbox is never checked, and the 'Inherited from'
column always shows <not inherited>.

No matter what I do in this case.
