Description Clock 2003-11-25 07:18:32 UTC
"whether Samba attempts to synchronize the UNIX password with the SMB password when the encrypted SMB password in the smbpasswd file is changed".

It can mean 8 combinations of '(smbd|"") and (pdbedit|"") and (smbpasswd|"")'.

"the passwd program[here is a missing space - a typo]parameter is called AS ROOT"
it isn't clear what programs do call passwd program. smbpasswd? pdbedit? smbbd?
