All programs in smbtatools have similar configuration options. Thanks to the simple logical structure given with libiniparser, we can order them in a single configuration file.

This is now fixed in devel, rrddriver, smbtaquery and smbtamonitor all use $HOME/.smbtatools/smbtatools.config   as default configuration file if it exists, next step is to bring the documentation up to date.

Updated the documentation in master to provide a full example of a  smbtatools.config file, describing any of the options.

This can be closed for 1.2.4
