shares list on printer server (location not displayed)

It would be nice to have the printer location or room number displayed in the shares list when browsing a samba print server.

Currently the location is only displayed on the "Printer and Faxes" page, where users are not able to double click a printer to install it.

Is it possible to combine the comment and location field into one for display when listing the printers on the shares page?

I tried to manually add the location info into the comment field of the printer properties but this did not change what is displayed in the comments column on the shares list. See the first printer (agnon) in the screenshots.

Is this a Windows XP client issue or a server side issue?

Printer and Faxes on printer server

This list shows all information but the user is not able to add a printer form here by double clicking it. He must go back on level up and double click on the printer name in the shares list.

Right, in fact retrieving location and comment from cups was broken completely in 3.5 and got fixed in bug #8132. Now we need to think how we can address the location/comment display in the sharelist as well.
