Description heinz hoelzl 2010-08-17 08:12:27 UTC
I am trying to provide our users a way to change file/folder permissions
on a share on samba ROLE_STANDALONE server. ACL's are
working fine but the problem is to get list of users and groups on samba
server via Windows XP Professional (SP3).

The share is already mounted:
When I open 'Select users or groups' dialog and pressing 'Find now'
button the Windows asks my Samba username/password pair.

in the log.smbd i get a NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE

setting acls with smbcacls works fine.
