With quotas enabled on the Linux host, I can go to quota tab (when connected as root) on a mounted network drive but Windows (XP SP3) reports that quotas are disabled, further, if I want to list users with quotas the window is empty. uname: Linux bursa01 2.6.32-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Tue Feb 23 19:24:08 UTC 2010 i686 Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU L7500 @ 1.60GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux mount: /dev/mapper/lepton-home on /home type ext4 (rw,user_xattr,acl,usrjquota=aquota.user,grpjquota=aquota.group,jqfmt=vfsv0)

look like this is fixed or was a configration issue, quota support is working properly for me in recent versions.
