As I just missed 3.5.0 I'd like to backport the following two patches for
inclusion in 3.5.1.

    s3/smbd: change locking behavior when "lock spin time = 0".

The first being a doc bug and the second an enhancement, though you could call
it a "performance bug".  Both are low risk.

Pushed to v3-5-test.
Will be included in 3.5.0 as there will be another RC (mail to follow soon).
