these patches add usefull functionality to vfs_shadow_copy2 for example required for ZFS snapshot usage and as they are vfs module only changes they are uncritical for the main smbd code. They should also go into 3.5:

Just FYI: The shadow_copy2 module is REALLY tricky business. This will have to wait until after 3.5.0, sorry.
