The following parameters are marked deprecated for a long time:
-printer admin
-only user
-write cache size
-share modes

I believe Volker veto'd removal of "write cache size" as he still finds this useful. Other than that I'm happy.

Yes, Volker dedeprecated it recently.
So this one will remain.
