net lp_load patch.

Small patch, does what its supposed to do.

sambaPDC:~# /opt/samba/bin/net rpc user
error loading /opt/samba/lib/smb.conf

Pushed to master. I would be fine to have this in 3.4, but that's up to Karolin.
