Today's v3-4-test git does not install the nss libraries on make install.

AFAIK this was never done. But it probaly should!

I don't think so, at least not without a *LOT* of work to make sure we put it into the right place. For Linux it might be easy, but even there we have to distinguish between /lib and /lib64.

Marking it as WONTFIX. Please re-open of you have good counter-arguments :-)
