Using usrmgr.exe on windows server 2003 i get numerous The procedure number is out of range" errors when:

Adding a user

Checking a users group membership from the user properties dialog

All of this works perfectly with usrmgr on windows XP

Just for documentation purpose: this is *only* a 3.3 issue, not in 3.2 and not in 3.4.
