Samba 3.0.0 can't solved old Samba 2.2.x folder-names with German "Umlauten"
like ä,ö or ü , and the same is with @

Do you have any codepage/charset settings in your smb.conf file?

You may need to set 'unix charset = ISO8859-15' or something similar.
