Currently we have window 2K server connecting via CIFS to smb shares on Samba version 3.0.32-1.1-1885-SUSE-SLES10. we are timeout at varies time of the day. Where window hour glass stay for up to 1-2 minutes.

Does anybody know if there a timeout period or how many users can login to the share at the same time.

this should not be an issue with recent samba versions
