Description Nicole Jacque 2008-09-24 20:03:57 UTC
In testing with SnowLeopard at the SNIA plugfest, we were able to bind to Samba 4, but once bound, we couldn't lookup any records. In looking at the ldap traffic, we were getting different responses every time we requested the root.

You already have the capture file, but if it's gotten lost, I can resend :-)

Here is the packet capture.

Is this still reproducible? It's only reproducible on MacOS X 10.6?
Comment 3 Andrew Bartlett 2008-11-17 17:44:24 UTC
This should now be fixed - the Mac client connected to the global catlalog port, and triggered a bug in our partitions module.
