The docs/registry directory disappeared between 3.2.0pre2 and -pre3.

That's apparently not intended (nothig in WHATSNEW.TXT).

Karolin built the docs locally to include in the release.
The registry files in docs-xml/ probably were just not copied 
over.  They are still in the tree.
