Trying to change the password via the windows security screen while logged into a vista domain member as administrator fails with the message 'a device attached to the system isn't functioning'

Any chance of using wireshark to get a network trace, and to see what is in say a level 5 debug log on the Samba side?

Does this problem persist? If yes, then please provide the logs! Otherwise the bug is going to be closed.
