I get error message when using smbclient. smb_register_charset is defined in 
libsmbclient.so and .a libraries.
This bug appears in 3.0.0 and was not in 3.0.rc3

libsmbclient needs to be compiled with DYNEXP, if available. I'll fix it.

Really it depends on if i link with libiconv or not.
With libiconv it does not happen

Character conversion is done by first checking libiconv(if available), and if
iconv is not there, we try to load a backup plugin named CP850.so. The bug is
really in the DYNEXP.
