The debug message is:
client sent 0/0 lock - please report this
client sent 0/0 lock - please report this

This doesn't say who to report it to or why. This either should not be a level 
0 debug message, or it should have some more info about who to report it to, 
etc.

We only need the report if this came from a windows client.
We can ignore it from our own test suite.

Cleaning up non-production versions.
