Samba version 3.0.9-2.3-SUSE, SuSE 9.2

When linux-NFS-client and win-samba-client simultaneously access the same file
(or file structure), something about the win clients' samba access hangs or
crashes the linux clients. Why?

if the linux NFS client crashes, it is a kernel bug.
