With Samba 2.2 it was possible to add static wins entries
to the wins.dat as it was a text file. Samba 3.0 has moved
to a .tdb-file for the wins database, so hand-editing
is not an option anymore.

I don't think using lmhosts to prime wins.tdb is a good
idea.  Please don't apply this patch.

your patch up on samba-technical, feel free.
