The example files tdbtimetrial.py and test_tdbpack.py call python2.2, which is outdated.

Moreover, all the python examples should be fixed to use either /usr/bin/python or /usr/bin/env python, but currently it's totally random.

No scripts call python2 (of any version) and more.  Python3 is the future now!
