Description Justin Odom 2006-07-12 14:44:35 UTC
We currently have two domains, ABC and XYZ. ABC is a corporate domain. XYZ is a lab domain. There is a one way trust between the domains such that machines joined to XYZ can use there ABC credentials to login. There is currently a samba server (3.0.23) joined to XYZ. wbinfo -u and wbinfo -g lists all the users in XYZ but not users in ABC.

wbinfo -m shows ABC and XYZ as being trusted.
wbinfo --sequence however shows ABC as being DISCONNECTED

ABC and XYZ are both Windows 2000 Domains running in native mode. Is there an issue with samba and external one way trusts?

Yeah. There are current issues with one-way trusts. I'm going to
try to resolve these for 3.0.24.

Fixed for 3.2.0
