The files in packaging/Debian/debian are extremly out of date. They are from Beta 3.
The patches fail and some files are missing for the build. This makes it very
hard and costs a lot of time to build the packages.

Please update the files to the newest version.

originally reported against one of the 3.0.0rc[1-4] releases.
Cleaning up non-production versions.

sorry for the same, cleaning up the database to prevent unecessary reopens of bugs.
