This report applies to 3.0.21c - it may also be applicable to 3.0.21b but I cannot say because I went from 3.0.21a to 3.0.21c. Host OS is FC3, made (RHEL) RPMS from the tarball. smbmount is no longer included in current Samba versions. Cleaning up database. I think it depends on the vendors where they put the files. In the packages I know, it was located in /usr/bin/.
