changes incorporated.  However, you must specify what type 
of LDIF you want the script to produce.

$ ./convertSambaAccount --help
convertSambaAccount <options>
Options:
  --help         print this help message
  --input        input LDIF filename
  --output       output LDIF filename
  --sid          domain SID
  --changetype   [modify|add] (default is 'add')

originally reported against one of the 3.0.0rc[1-4] releases.
Cleaning up non-production versions.
