One more thing we've noticed which seems to have been there since even
before 3.0.11:

With 'mangled names = yes', if you double-click an object in XP called
'susprod_notify.reg' the confirmation prompt shows:

"Are you sure you want to add the information in J:\S8FQAP~T.REG to the
registry?"

With 'mangled names = no', it appears correctly, but of course DOS can no
longer see the LFN objects.

I get the same behavior in regedit importing a file on a local NTFS drive.
