so unregistered email challenged hackers can
submit info to further rsync quality. thx.
ps: where's the delete account button.

There's no such thing as a guest user in bugzilla.  You may feel free to comment
on bugs in the mailing list if you don't have a bugzilla account and don't wish
to sign-up for one.  I don't believe there is a way to delete an account in the
current bugzilla.
