i'm not ready to check this in, but I don't want to look it 
or forget about it either.

added code to ad_new_domain_info() to add the 
sambaNextUserRid and sambaNextGroupRid attributes 
to the domain information entry if the 'idmap uid'
and 'idmap gid' parameters are defined.

originally reported against 3.0.0beta3.  CLeaning out 
non-production release versions.

sorry for the same, cleaning up the database to prevent unecessary reopens of bugs.
