Description Claude Frantz 2003-08-05 23:20:14 UTC
Considering a host named TOASTER, which has multiples interfaces. If I'm asking
"smbclient -N -L TOASTER -I ip-addr" from another system, I receive a response
showing TOASTER as master browser, although it is not master browser in the
subnet corresponding to the IP address specified in "-I", but it is master
browser in another subnet to which one the asking system is not connected to.

As additional suggestion: I think that is would be desirable to show all master
browsers with the corresponding subnets, refering to each workgroup, or, as
least the master browsers of the subnets to which TOASTER is connected to.

Moving to nmbd since this is a browsing issue/enhancement

maybe later.
