Access to printers over spoolss should be restricted on spoolss in the same way
it is on normal 'tree' connections.

This is the patch I have in production, which I've tested, but am not currently
using.

Andrew, this patch looks good.  Since we've already checked 
the snum in open_printer_hnd(), I'm removing that check.

sorry for the same, cleaning up the database to prevent unecessary reopens of bugs.
