Just was debugging port user problems and noticed:

configure:27580: checking for ftruncate needs root
configure:27598: cc -o conftest -O -g -pipe  -I/usr/local/include
-I/usr/local/include -L/usr/local/lib -L/usr/local/lib conftest.c  -liconv >&5
conftest.c:251:32: ./tests/ftruncroot.c: No such file or directory
configure:27601: $? = 1
configure: program exited with status 1

Apparently, either ftruncroot test is not necessary anymore or testfile is
missing in the tests/.

Should be fixed in one or another way :)

Oh, and it's 3.0.14a in fact - not in the list...

Added 3.0.14a (and 3.0.14) to the list of versions.  Changed version number on
this bug.

I've removed the test as the result isn't used anymore.

sorry for the same, cleaning up the database to prevent unecessary reopens of bugs.
